Inspection Comments | FOLLOW-UP ON THE SANITIZER DISPENSER AT THE 3-BAY SINK. SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND THEY STATED THAT ECOLAB IS SCHEDULE TO COME BY THE END OF THE WEEK. IN THE MEAN TIME THEY ARE USING THE CHLORINE SANITIZER GRANULES THAT IS USED TO CLEAN THE SHAKE MACHINE. FACILITY DOES HAVE TEST STRIPS FOR THIS SANITIZER AS WELL. TOLD THE MANAGER TO GIVE ME A CALL WHEN ECOLAB COMPLETES THE REPAIR TO THE EQUIPMENT. |
